Administration

I am a lifelong resident of Morgan City and have been in education in St. Mary Parish for 20 years.  Upon graduating from Morgan City High School, I attended and graduated from Nicholls State University with a bachelor's degree and certification in Elementary Education.  I then taught at M.D. Shannon Elementary School, where I taught both 5^th grade and 1^st grade.  During this time, I received my National Board for Professional Teaching Standards certification as an Early Childhood Generalist.  Upon the closure of M.D. Shannon, I was welcomed to Wyandotte Elementary as a 1^st grade teacher.  While teaching, I earned my master's degree in Educational Leadership.  I then served as Curriculum Facilitator and Dean of Students at Wyandotte Elementary.  I look forward to continuing my journey with the faculty, staff, students, and families of Wyandotte Elementary in my role as principal.
